The Laundry is not responsible for bundles not claimed within 90 days. In case of loss or damage, the customer's copy must be attached.
Compensation Policy
- Within 3 months: 70% of the item price.
- Between 3 to 6 months: 50% of the item price.
- Between 6 months to 1 year: 30% of the item price.
Alternatively, compensation may be determined according to a prior agreement made before the service was provided.
